This release introduces several key improvements and new features. Bipsync AI's Smart Tagging and Research Summarization features have been upgraded – Smart Tagging's accuracy has been improved, and we've also simplified the Research Summarization interface while retaining all of the feature's power to distill and surface information from notes and attached documents.
Research Management
- Note summary formatting has been improved.
- Comments that are created via replies to emails are handled better, and tags are now always applied incorrectly to notes that are created via email.
- Comments in notes now display correctly across apps and APIs.
- Fixed an issue which caused the note list to break when a contact field was referenced in a column.
- Fixed availability issues that prevented some notes from appearing in Search.
Rules and Automation
- Added support for “When tag added” conditions to all content types; previously it could only be applied to Research.
- Added a new rule condition which is able to match against the value of a text field.
- It's now possible to review and edit "Change field" actions via the Rules UI.
- Summary emails that are triggered by rules can now include the year that a given research item was created.
UI and Experience
- Styling and layout improvements to dashboards, modals and menus across the app.
- The User Management UI now displays the date that a user last signed in to the app.
- List widgets can now include the labels that have been tagged to research.
- The grid column selector is wider, making it easier to see the names of columns when choosing them.
- Calendar events that are missing key information are now highlighted.
- Inconsistent formatting has been corrected for icons, dates, and labels.
