User Roles and Permissions
Control which activities Bipsync users are able to perform
Bipsync offers multiple user roles and permissions, which dictate what each user is able to do within the system.
Not all permissions are available for all users. Please contact support with any questions.
| Seat Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Full Seat | Full read/write access to the platform |
| Limited Seat | Read Only access to the platform |
| Permission | Description |
|---|---|
| Reporting via Reporting App | Allows access to the Reporting (Compliance) app. Optionally, can prevent access to the other applications |
| Reporting via Web App | Allows access to the Reports UI in the Web App |
| Reporting and Analytics Suite (RAP) | Allows access to the Reporting & Analytics Platform |
| User Management | Allows users to create and update users and user groups |
| Rule Management | Allows users to create/edit Rules in the Web App |
| External ID Management | Allows users to manage External IDs used for Integrations |
| Super Editor | Allows users to edit/delete locked content. Users cannot see nor change content that has not been shared with them |
| Dashboard Editor | Allows users to create/edit Dashboards |
