Setup with Intune
Document highlighting steps to setup the Bipsync Notes for EMM iOS application with Microsoft Intune.
Step 1: Register app in the Microsoft Entra Admin Center
Register the Bipsync Note for EMM enterprise application in Microsoft Entra Admin Cente.
To do this:
- Copy this link to any text editor:
https://login.microsoftonline.com/{organization}/adminconsent?client_id={client-id}- Substitute link
- {organization}: The tenant ID of your organization whose admin is granting consent.
- To retrieve your tenant ID:
- Log in to Microsoft Entra admin center
- Go to Identity > Overview
- Under Basic information, find Tenant ID and copy it
- You can also use
organizationsto make it tenant-independent.
- To retrieve your tenant ID:
- {client-id}: The Application (client) ID of your registering application, in this case it is:
aef8d617-b82b-40ca-b3b4-9cadf497ceb2 - Substituting the above will give a URL like this:
https://login.microsoftonline.com/organizations/adminconsent?client_id=aef8d617-b82b-40ca-b3b4-9cadf497ceb2
- {organization}: The tenant ID of your organization whose admin is granting consent.
- Open the amended URL in a preferred web browser.
- Log in using an admin account with permissions listed in this Microsoft article. Admins with roles that have lower levels of permissions won’t be able to grant consent.
- Review the required permissions.
- Click Accept to grant the necessary permissions to Bipsync Notes for EMM on behalf of all users of your organization.
After completing these steps, the Bipsync Notes for EMM iOS application will be added to your tenant’s Enterprise applications so that you can further manage it in your Microsoft Entra admin center.
Step 2: Add iOS store app to Microsoft Intune
Add the Bipsync Notes for EMM application from the iOS app store to Microsoft Intune.

Step 3: Add app configuration policy

For BYOD devices select
Managed apps.- Note: BYOD is supported for some clients only.

Target the policy to the custom application, conduct a search for
Bipsync Notes for EMMor directly enter the bundle IDcom.bipsync.bipsync-notes-ios.emm, ensuring that theiOS/iPadOSplatform is selected. -
Use the configuration designer to enable Bipsync Note for EMM with Intune.
