You will be able to tailor which fields can be configured for the add-on. Once configured, the add-on can be can be installed by individuals or for an all members of a workspace from the Google Workspace Marketplace.

The Bipsync for Gmail™ is designed to maximizes your research efficiency. This powerful add-on lets you seamlessly save and tag email content to associated records in Bipsync relating to managers, funds, contacts, and other custom fields – all within the Gmail™ app.
Whether you're working on the go or at your desk, you can effortlessly sync your research content from Gmail™ to Bipsync with just a few clicks. The add-on automatically creates new research notes in Bipsync, complete with the email content, attachment files, and metadata tagged to your custom fields.
Stay organized, enhance collaboration, and ensure that every critical piece of information is captured and accessible in Bipsync.

Authenticating
The first time you open the Bipsync for Gmail™ add-on, you’ll be prompted to authenticate your account with Bipsync. This process is designed to be as smooth and secure as possible, leveraging the OAuth flow to ensure your data remains protected. Here’s how it works:
- Sign In: Click on “Sign in to Bipsync” in the Gmail™ add-on sidebar.
- Consent: A consent prompt will appear, similar to what you’ve seen with other integrations like Slack, asking for permission to access Bipsync on your behalf.
- Confirmation: Once authorized, you’ll be redirected back to Gmail™, with the sidebar confirming that you’re signed in and ready to use the add-on.
This seamless authentication process ensures that your integration is secure and that you can start using the Bipsync for Gmail™ add-on with minimal setup.
